For the Pogo games, I have signed up, but each time I return I cann"t sign in with the screen name?

I type in the screen name and get the response that it is already igned.Yes I known I'm igned this screen name, and Pogo thinks I'm trying to us anothers screen name. How do I sign in, not sign up again and again....?
