I can't sleep at night because I'm scared aliens will abduct me?

I'm nearly 20 years old and can't sleep because I think aliens will come for me. On one hand Its completely irrational but on the other hand what if they really do come for me? I just want to be able to get some sleep. Whats wrong with me and how do I over come it?
