A hot junior that i like alot. what do i do?

im 14 hes 17. ive liked him since semester 2 started. he sitts next to me in computers. now my friend thought that he liked me cus we flirted but were not sure no more. he still does flirt with me. like; lets me listen to his music, we share drinks, lets me eat his food. we joke around and hit each other. and stuff. he does make mean jokes twoard me but i dont take them harshly. one day when i was sad he kept asking what was the matter.. om i also liked this other guy while liking him. and i asked him for advice and he told me. and then after that weekend. he kept asking me about what happend. and asked me if i still liked this guy. i like him alot. and he does know that i like him. now he does talk alot bout and make jokes bout it. now wheather he wants to use me for i have no idea. now he sounds like an at times. but hes really sweet deep under. just hard for him to show it i think. but one thing he does say that he would never date a freshman. i need some help please
