With Interest Rates so low,is there somewhere else better to Invest my ��.Like a Rental Property? Ideas please?

Now really isn't a good time to be cashing in ISAs - all you'll do is crystallise the loss that has already been made on them. Unless you NEED the money to live on or something. I don't reckon shares will fall too much more - they're stabilising now. Best to leave it be and wait for the upturn.
