Will they let me donate blood?

ive had a rash on my left arm, exactly where they would draw blood, for a couple of weeks now and im supposed to donate blood this upcoming friday. i cant donate blood from my right arm because i play badminton and i have a game that day. do you think they will let me donate blood if they see the rash? thx in advance for your answers!
