HELP BLANK SCREEN ON PS3 - NO SIGNAL!?

my ps3 suddenly switched off during gameplay. I then restarted it and nothing happened, i moved it to another tv and it is still no working. I changed the cables incase this was it. Ive also held the on on for 5-7 seconds for the 3 beeps. I STILL HAVE NO SIGNAL, AUDIO OR VISUAL. Also my controllers wont connect. i tried to ring the hotline, but they shut at 6pm on sundays, typical! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
