Is boxing dying to UFC and MMA because of "fighters" like Mayweather?

I respect warriors of any nationality like Pacquiao, Smokin Joe Frazier or Barrera who know a boxing match is supposed a FIGHT. Even boxers who are not that skilled like Arturo Gatti, but who show courage by going at it and who understand boxing ain't Dancing with the Stars deserve my utmost respect. I just can't stand guys like Mayweather who just run inside the ring. I strongly believe it's because guys like him that boxing is slowly dying to UFC and all that MMA stuff.
