In Florida, who pays for art cl supplies?

Are you provided a budget to purchase supplies, or does the school provide them for you? Are students expected to provide or pay for their own supplies? Are they paid for by teachers? I'm talking about things like paint, papers, pastels, charcoal, clay, etc.
