I've got a question, im in a very complicated situation with a girl I dont understand, what should I do?

I've met her already more than a month ago, and we started talking every day, till late night, y cellphone and msn, and its being so awesome I have delt in love with her, and when i told her she said she felt the same way, we kept but as she says "we know its difficoult we can be togheter" then she sais it depends on us but she doesnt seem wanting do do something.The thing is that even if we met in school, we dont eaven see eachother there, its so difficoult, we hang with different people and Im not the kind of guy for her.I know girls tell everything to her best friends, but she sais she havnt said anything to nobody. I ask her out, but she's always doing something, I know its true, but if she is really interested in me she wouldnt make some time for me? I mean she's the one that first talkd to me and ask for my numbr and such, and she sais she loves me, and want to be wht me, but she doest make any try to help me out in this. Ive tryed stop talking to her, telling her maybe its better is we forget it, beacause im actually suffering a lot, but she beg me to hold on her, and it will work out, Im trying to be the sweetest and the better guy for her, but Im also not really trying to break the barriers in public cause I dont know what she really thinks.
