22 month old woke up today sneezing, somewhat of watery eyes...?

And when she sneezes theres a discharge thats kinda yellow/clear... otherwise its clear when it runs. Shes playing fine otherwise..she did vomit last night but was fine after that..I was thinking it was from drinking milk to quick (she downed a whole cup of milk before bed.) I had a cold and had lost my voice because my sinuses was draining about a week ago, then my husband is just getting over a little something. So I am not sure if she cought what we had or what..Anyone know about the nasal drainage thing??
