How can it be unethical to get personal with a medical practitioner being treated/treating you?
I understand complications can come about; but how can it be unethical for a "doctor" or a patient to become something more? The limitation exists in the system and the individuals who can't manage those problems. It is unethical to ban relationships between people -no matter what they do- and this is being decided by a group of people who can't write concise complex guidelines or wont ,and who you.. and who ..dont even know ..you. Furthermore what right do controlling groups like these have controlling who you can love - does that not Infringe on basic Human Rights. Also it is possible for those relationships to exist without problems - does that not happen all the time in REAL LIFE not in theoretical land. So then how can controlling interests interested in keeping their own prestige penalize practitioners or patients by implementing biased and unethical laws (infringing on basic human rights) and lumping all people in one category as dangerous to the patient or the practitioner or both for even simple things ( not just serious ) isn't that - unethical. Unethical to WHO. Thoughts?
