Power to overcome friction of a cylinder rotating in air?

a 210mm diameter hollow steel cyl 3mm thick, 300mm long is rotated in air at sea level.It has closed ends.Speed of rotation varies between 10 000 and 20 000 RPM.What is the formula for calculating power to overcome air fricrion.What is the pressure gradient from its surface to atmosphere.
