Rabbit water bottle, should I get a new one?

Ok I bought a cage for my new bunny and I was checking out the water bottle that came with it. It's really cool cuz you don't have to detach it to refill it, but the spout where the rabbit drinks from is weird. There is not metal ball, rather a small pin sort of thing that Im uming the rabbit licks to get water out. Is this bottle defective, or is it suposed to be this way? Has anyone seen a water bottle like this, cuz I sure haven't.
