What happened to my drive after having clamydia?

After a partial hysterectomy my drive was off the hook! I was wet all the time, multiic, and couldn't get enough! About 4 months after the surgery, I contacted clamydia and it hasn't been the same. What happened? How can I get it back! I am 42.
