Crush Does he like me or I like him?

I love this gurjrati boy and im punjabi girl religion language, rituals custom difference. i have seen him at many places he tries to say hi to me but i ingore him, and now he ingores me to. i dont wave or look at him. I think he knows that i dont like him:( Also I saw him in school couple days ago. I dont know if he was talking to his friends & laughing because he was looking at me too. He looked at me like for a minute then continued to talk to his friends. Maybe he tought that I would respond to him by saying Hi or something, but I didnt. He smiled at me too. Maybe he'll forget me next yr because he is going college. I'm in 11th grade.His parents invited us for a party. this weekend. How can I find out if he likes me? I don't think so he like me.. He's going college I'll be in 12th. He lives in my neighborhood. Will he ask me out?? His parents invite us yesterday. He did not even say hi to me. but i know that he was looking at me. I'm 11th he's in 12th. Will he forget me. I live in his neighborhood. I am having really hard time know making him my friend. Because I ingored him a lot. When he tried to become my freind he tried to wave at me too. But today at school I said Hi to him and he said hi to me. So I think he wants to be my friend or boyfriend :) Why would he want to be my friend/boyfriend if he's in 12th i'm in 11th. Okay at the party i went. He did not say Hi to me. And my parents invited them to religious program. His parents and brother came but he did not came. that made me mad:} But in school whenever i see him i say first hi to him then he says hi to me. what does that mean??? maybe because i used to ingore him when he used to say hi to me. do i look silly saying hi to him first than he says hi to me?? today he was looking at me when he was going to cl thinking that I would say hi to him first. But I didn't. He always looks at me. He says hi to me if i say to him first. Because I think that in the past he always tried to say Hi to me, but I pretended not to look at him. Does he like me or has a crush on me??? Should I ask for his cell number??
