What can i do to help my best friend get over a bad break up?

she and her boyfriend of 4 months broke up, and she's been crying hysterically and she had me call him on 3 way to see what she did to upset him because, she didn't think she could do it by herself and he was a total douche and she kept asking and i felt so bad. what should i do to help her?
