How bad is it to have very few Extracurriculars?

I don't think it will seriously hurt your chances. You have a few, and with your high GPA and EXCELLENT SAT, colleges will be impressed (seriously, that's a fantastic SAT score). I think it might be to your benefit to join one or two clubs, but I think it would look desperate to go much beyond that.
